"Uzdavyerloyikha" State scientific-design institute

The State Scientific and Design Institute "Uzdavyerloyikha" was established on the basis of Resolution No.205 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 24, 1961 and the institute was transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 24, 2021 No.5006 "On additional measures to improve the system of land use and protection of agricultural land".

The State Scientific and Design Institute "Uzdavyerloyikha" was established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Its founder is the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In its activities, the Institute is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Charter. The main goal of the institute is to carry out design and survey, research, control work aimed at implementing decisions (documents) of government bodies aimed at implementing a set of measures related to land management, and providing services to business entities on the basis of legal contracts and consists in receipt of income by performing other works and services provided for by this Charter.

The main activities of the Institute are: 

  • Development and implementation of comprehensive measures to ensure the implementation of land management work and improve land management; 
  • Creation of new land plots and projects for the regulation of existing land plots by eliminating inconveniences in the location of agricultural land; 
  • Preparation of land management project documents for the selection and allocation of land plots to legal entities and individuals and determining the boundaries of land plots in kind (on the spot);
  • Create and update electronic digital agricultural maps, carry out work on deciphering and mapping land plots, as well as agricultural land, carry out work to identify inefficient and aimlessly used agricultural land;
  • Complete work on the formation of an electronic database of the land cadastre for each land user and tenant of agricultural land, as well as the creation and maintenance of the geoportal "Land Information System";
  • Introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the field, analysis of agricultural land using drones, monitoring of land, land plots and their changes, monitoring of changes in agricultural land in order to timely identify and eliminate negative processes;
  • Conducting geobotanical research and compiling geobotanical maps of pastures and hayfields, monitoring the state of processes associated with changes in the state of the vegetation cover of natural fodder pastures (changes in the composition, type and yield of plants, their quality and nutritional value);
  • Creation of electronic digital maps of crop placement and organization of their use, compliance with crop placement plans, as well as monitoring of crops for the timely implementation of agrotechnical measures;
  • Development of recommendations for the development and implementation of projects on crop rotation;
  • Determination of the standard cost and quality indicators of agricultural arable land;
  • Development of projects for the reclamation of the degraded part of agricultural land;
  • Carry out architectural supervision over the implementation of all developed land management projects;
  • Publication of agricultural maps for use in land management and land cadastral surveys;
  • The Institute may carry out other types of activities not prohibited by law, within the framework of its goals and objectives.
