The conference held on the occasion of International Mother Earth Day was opened with a welcoming address by Deputy Minister of Agriculture Qahramon Yuldashev. In his speech, he emphasised the relevance of the issues of protecting land resources and managing them effectively and noted the importance of a scientific approach and international cooperation in this area.
The conference is discussing the prevention of land degradation, the introduction of digital monitoring systems, combating desertification and salinisation, as well as the restoration of agricultural land through innovative technologies, the digitalisation of dehkan farms and the strengthening of international cooperation.
