Today, on 31 January 2022, an extended meeting of the institute on “Gender equality” issues was held at the “Uzdavyerloyiha” State Scientific and Design Institute under the leadership of General Director Ruhiddin Amirqulovich, with the participation of the institute’s trade union committee and the employees (women) of the central apparatus.
The institute’s General Director spoke about how the issue of equality has been raised to the level of state policy in our country as well, and about the work being carried out and the opportunities created so that women working at the “Uzdavyerloyiha” State Scientific and Design Institute can work effectively and increase their interest in their professions.
“Gender tenglik – demokratik taraqqiyot belgisi” shiori ostida bo‘lib o‘tgan ushbu kengaytirilgan yig‘ilishda so‘zga chiqqanlar tomonidan xotin-qizlarning haq-huquqlari, imtiyoz va majburiyatlari haqida so‘z bordi hamda sohada mehnat faoliyatini yuritayotgan xotin-qiz xodimlarimiz mavjud muammo va yutuqlar haqida ham o‘z fikrlarini bildirdilar. 
Kun tartibiga qo‘yilgan ushbu masalalardan kelib chiqib, markaziy institut xotin-qizlar qo‘mitasi raisi etib sohada uzoq yillardan buyon samarali mehnat qilib kelayotgan institut “Metodologiya” bo‘limi bosh mutaxassisi Rizayeva Dilorom Muttalipovna bir ovozdan saylandi va unga kotiba etib yig‘ilish ishtirokchilari tavsiyasiga ko‘ra Kenjayeva Xilola tayinlandi. 
We hope that in the future this will undoubtedly bring a noticeable effect in the field and in the implementation of various scientific and practical projects by the women of the central institute.
