An extended meeting of the institute on “Gender equality” issues was held at the “Uzdavyerloyiha” State Scientific and Design Institute with the participation of the institute’s women, led by Rizayeva Dilorom, the General Director’s adviser on gender equality issues.
The meeting noted that the issue of gender equality has been raised to the level of state policy in our country as well, and spoke about the work being carried out and the opportunities created so that women working at the “Uzdavyerloyiha” State Scientific and Design Institute can work effectively and increase their interest in their professions.
At this meeting, held under the slogan “Gender equality is a sign of democratic development”, the speakers expressed their opinions and comments.
