In the 2025 ranking of the Global Innovation Index, Uzbekistan took 79th place among 139 countries. At the conference held during the week on the topic “Global Innovation Index 2025: national presentation”, the results achieved by our country were analysed, and discussions were held on the close connection of the index’s component indicators with the international rankings and indices that are a priority for the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the positive effect that improving these indicators has on other international rankings, and on ensuring that our country enters the Top 50 states by 2030.
