Right now, a training seminar for the employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and the organisations of its system responsible for legal services and for human resources development and management has begun its work at Tashkent State Agrarian University.
It is discussing the amendments introduced into the Labour Code in its new version and the role of legal services and of human resources development and management in increasing work efficiency in the system’s organisations.
The information provided by the specialists invited from the Ministries of Poverty Reduction and Employment and of Justice on the relations between employer and employee and on the field of rule-making is of great importance in increasing the participants’ knowledge and skills.
