The monograph “Monitoring of rain-fed land” has been published by Turayev Ruhiddin Amirqulovich, General Director of “Uzdavyerloyiha” SSDI, Doctor of Technical Sciences, and Sharopov Ramziddin Najmiddinovich, Doctor of Philosophy in agricultural sciences.
The book covers the monitoring of rain-fed land through the application of innovative technologies and the possibility of keeping precise land accounts by building a 3D model of the rain-fed land area.
It is also recommended, depending on the characteristics of rain-fed land and for its effective use, to develop “short-term” (5-year) land management projects for the upper semi-desert belt, “medium-term” (10-year) projects for the lower foothill belt and “long-term” (20-year) projects for the upper foothill belt.
The monograph is intended for specialists in agriculture, land management, cadastre and land monitoring and land management design, as well as for bachelor’s and master’s students and researchers of higher education institutions.
