A ceremony of signing interagency and international cooperation memoranda within the implementation of the Ministry of Agriculture’s Gender Strategy for 2025–2030 was held.
This agreement, concluded between the Ministry of Agriculture, FAO and the Committee on Family and Women, is an important stage in the sustainable implementation of the strategy.
Maxfuza Abdullayeva, adviser on gender equality issues to the General Director of the “Uzdavyerloyiha” State Scientific and Design Institute, was recognised by the ministry “for her worthy contribution, initiative and active participation in ensuring gender equality in agriculture, expanding the rights and opportunities of women and developing the Gender Strategy for 2025–2030”. The ceremony became a vivid example of commitment to gender equality and of encouraging practical results.
