Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-15 “On additional measures to improve the procedure for leasing out agricultural land plots” has been published.
🌱It has been determined that the Ministry of Agriculture, together with the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the regional governors, the Cadastre Agency and the State Assets Management Agency, is to put 15,626.8 hectares of agricultural land plots up for electronic online auctions by 1 March 2024.
📑From 1 March 2024, lessees of agricultural land plots are permitted to transfer their rights and obligations concerning the leased land plots to another person (to sublease them) without changing the purpose of the land plot’s use.
