In accordance with paragraph 5 of Order No. 74 of the Ministry of Agriculture of 12 March 2024, adopted to ensure the implementation of Resolution No. 111 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 4 March 2024, and since the development of plans for the prospective use and protection of agricultural land, including irrigated land, is being carried out in our Republic for the first time, it was determined that foreign experience should be studied and knowledge and skills improved through advanced training courses.
With the aim of organising work in this area at a high level, exchanging experience and improving the methodological and regulatory basis of the new field, the associate professors of the “Land management, cadastre and agricultural land reclamation” department of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Irkutsk State Agrarian University named after A. A. Ezhevsky” of Russia — Khubit Ivanovich Yundunov and Natalya Valeryevna Eltoshkina — became acquainted with the institute’s work and with the work currently being carried out at a meeting with Ruhiddin Turayev, General Director of the “Uzdavyerloyiha” State Scientific and Design Institute.
