Today, great importance is attached to “green energy” all over the world, including in Uzbekistan. It should be said that this direction is one of the main directions of the green economy.
In accordance with Resolution No. 436 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 2 December 2022 “On measures to increase the effectiveness of the reforms aimed at the transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a green economy by 2030”, the effect of solar panels is indicated among the target indicators for the transition to a “green” economy and ensuring “green” growth in the Republic of Uzbekistan by 2030.
The “Uzdavyerloyiha” State Scientific and Design Institute is contributing to the development of the green energy sector. Solar panels have been installed at the institute’s central apparatus and in all its territorial divisions, currently giving an effect of up to 25%. At the same time, the institute has also installed solar panels in the homes of nearly 30% of its employees.
🔌According to the strategy for the transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a “green” economy for the period 2019–2030, it has been determined that by 2030 the population and the branches of the economy will be provided with access to modern electricity supply at up to 100%.
